Characteristics of color coated coil substrate

（1）Electro-galvanized substrate: The coating is thinner and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized substrate;

（2）Hot-dip galvanized substrate: a thin steel plate is immersed in a molten zinc bath to adhere a layer of zinc to the surface. This galvanized plate has good paint adhesion and weldability.

（3）Hot-dip aluminum-zinc substrate: This product is plated with 55% AL-Zn and has excellent anti-corrosion properties. Its service life is more than four times that of ordinary galvanized steel plates. It is a replacement product of galvanized sheet.、

Features:

(1) It has good durability and corrosion resistance and has a longer lifespan than galvanized steel plates;

(2) It has good heat resistance and is less likely to discolor at high temperatures than galvanized steel sheets;

Color coated coil coating types

（1）Polyester (PE)：Good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, low cost.

（2）Silicon modified polyester：Namely (SMP), the hardness, abrasion resistance and heat resistance of the coating film are good, as well as good external durability and chalking resistance, gloss retention, average flexibility, and medium cost.

（3）High durability polyester：Namely (HDP), excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, good paint film adhesion, rich colors, and excellent cost performance.

（4）Polyvinylidene fluoride：Namely (PVDF), excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, stain resistance, limited colors, and high cost.
